INTERMEX Industrial Parks acquired the Industrial Facility that was formerly occupied by Stanley Bostich , reaching a 15 hectares of industrial land in the Chihuahua Industrial Complex for the development of new projects.
The acquisition was completed in September in order to expand INTRMEX's portfolio of Industrial Buildings in Chihuahua City and reinforcing the commitment that the company has in attracting new direct and foreign investment to the City in order to create new employment opportunities for Chihuahua's citizens.
The 224,000 sq.ft. (divisible) new facility is located in 140 Miguel de Cervantes Ave. in the Chihuahua Industrial Complex and is available for lease.
INTERMEX has available buildings for immediate occupancy and has a 62,000 sq.ft. speculative building under construction behind Ford Motors Plant.
